We’re very happy with our SunSaver shade. The glare is blocked but we still have a view through the screen. The shade was installed on time and perfectly and we are looking forward to installation of another shade on our remaining open side. We highly recommend the company and their product.

Great shade installation and purchase experience. Went out of their way to explain pricing details and installation. Had minor issue early on and they were out the next day to address it. The shade is sturdy and blocks the sun coming into the house while allowing us to see out. Get on the calendar as they are always in demand in the summer!

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service provided by SunSaver Inc. From the initial appointment providing estimate thru installation, their communication every step of the way was the very best. We also received an estimate from another company, and I can honestly say that you cannot compare the difference between the two estimate appointments and how so much more professional and customer oriented was the appointment with SunSaver. SunSaver provided thorough explanation of how it all works, brought samples of the equipment and shade colors, they explained how the shades will help with direct sun light, what to expect and what not to expect. The second company brought samples that looked worn out and scratched. Because the second company’s appointment was after SunSaver’s appointment, I could better compare the how well SunSaver explained everything about the equipment and materials that the second company did not explain well. The second company provided a written estimate but no name or contact information of the person providing the estimate. It was as if the second company did not want the job. SunSaver kept us informed from the initial call to end of installation. They provide an easy-to-use online payment method. Installation was smooth, on scheduled date, and we are very happy with the results. They were not able to finish installation on the one scheduled day, but the dedication of the installer was such, that he came on the next day, his day off, and completed the installation on his personal time. It is very difficult to find any employee with that kind of dedication, which says a great deal about the company. An employee would not do that for an employer if he or she did not love working for that employer. Installer programmed the remotes and provided a thorough demonstration on how to use the shades, lowering, retracting, and use of remote settings. Having these shades installed was the best enhancement to our deck. Our deck faces west and before installing the shades, we could not sit out on the deck in the afternoon or evening because the heat from the direct sun was unbearable. Now we can enjoy the deck anytime year-round. I cannot say enough great things about SunSaver and cannot recommend them enough as much as the product. Our neighbors came by asking to see the shades. Everyone is impressed with the shades and how comfortable it is now, to be able to sit out on the deck. The shades are beautiful. We love them. The shades provide for us more than expected.
